I have purchased 4 of these for a restaurant, I use 2 all the time. 1 lasted 5 years and the other, 7 years. I have replaced both, and now I own a 2 year old and a 2 month unit.

Works great and has great efficiency ratings. It is the best plumber recommended tankless water heater. If possible have a recirculating line ran with it.
